Detached means stand-alone houses; attached includes the source’s condo and townhome category. Days on market until sale follows SDAR’s metric and is not labeled a median. Inventory is the source’s homes-for-sale figure. Months of inventory relates available supply to the source’s sales pace. Original list price received is not the same as final list price received.
Prices do not account for concessions or down-payment assistance. A dash means the source did not report a value, often because no sales closed. Reports may be revised by the source. This page shows the latest verified published period, not live MLS inventory or a forecast.

La Jolla’s September figures show why property type matters. Detached closings were lower than a year earlier, while attached sales were closer to the prior-year pace. Both segments recorded fewer days on market among the homes that sold.
The attached median rose sharply, but 21 closings are a small sample. That change does not establish the appreciation of an individual condo. For sellers, compare similar buildings, view positions, and floor plans. For buyers, review active competition and ownership documents alongside recent sales.
